Is it better to give or receive ... Continued
As customers we must also do the right thing and support extraordinary brands. We must give up our own addiction to getting the lowest price possible. We must buy from companies who have built an organization that cares about its brand and do the right thing. As customers, we should seek out companies that are named “Great Places to Work” and care about building customer relationships. We should look for companies who are truly active in our communities and don’t just give to be recognized. Lastly, we should buy our products from companies who reinvest their profits in their brands rather than line their pockets with money that should go towards building a stronger brand. By giving a few pennies extra to the good brands, we the customer will receive it back in the form of a stronger brand experience.
So as the New Year approaches we all must resolve
to give a little in order to receive an extraordinary brand experience.
